Meet the Owner
I was born and raised in Eunice, Louisiana, and grew up working on my family’s farms in Eunice and Cheneyville. Farming has always been a part of my life, and it’s something I take a lot of pride in.
With Delta Red, my goal is simple—to do things the right way and provide crawfish people can count on. I stay hands-on with everything, from what’s coming out of the ponds to making sure every order goes out exactly how it should.
I studied Agricultural Business at McNeese and later earned my MBA, which helps me grow this business the right way—but at the end of the day, it still comes down to hard work, consistency, and taking care of people.
The Delta Red Legacy
At Delta Red’s Crawfish, this isn’t just a business — it’s how we grew up.
Long before Delta Red’s had a name, it was early mornings in the fields, long days on the water, and a way of life built around rice and crawfish farming right here in South Louisiana. This isn’t something we got into — it’s something we’ve always known.
Today, that foundation carries into everything we do. With family directly involved in both rice and crawfish farming, Delta Red’s was built to take what we already do and bring it straight to people who value quality, consistency, and doing things the right way.
What makes us different is simple — we’re connected to the source. Our crawfish come straight from our own family farms, meaning we’re hands-on every step of the way from pond to delivery. No middleman, no guesswork — just consistent, high-quality crawfish you can rely on.
We specialize in delivery, serving customers across Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, and beyond. Whether it’s a backyard boil, a restaurant, or a wholesale partner, our focus is on building long-term relationships and being a supplier people can count on.
At the end of the day, Delta Red’s is about more than crawfish — it’s about family, tradition, and taking pride in doing things right.
