FAQ
Crawfish season typically runs from mid-January through early summer, usually ending around June or July depending on weather. Peak season is March through May when crawfish are larger, more consistent, and better priced.
Wholesale orders are typically sold by the pound, but we can work with you based on what best fits your needs.
Retail orders are sold by the sack, with a minimum of one sack per order (approximately 33 lbs). Our sacks are field run, meaning they can vary in size, but each one is washed and graded to meet our quality standards.
Yes — we offer washed & graded, unwashed & graded, and field run crawfish.
If you’re not sure which option is best for your needs, we’re happy to help you decide based on how you plan to use them.
Yes — we offer both delivery and pickup options.
Delivery is available based on your order size and location. We’re able to travel throughout the region, as long as the order meets minimum volume requirements for that area.
Pickup availability depends on our current route and location at the time. Reach out to us and we’ll coordinate the best option for you.
We’re willing to travel just about anywhere.
Delivery distance is based on order size, and minimum quantities may apply depending on how far we’re going. Reach out with your location and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Yes — pricing is based on quantity and location. Larger orders may qualify for better pricing.

Yes — while we focus on building long-term relationships, we do accept one-time orders when availability allows.
